Take the leadship in managing a customer service team in South China which focuses on the business in various of industries, such as retail, magazine & cosmetics * Lead the team to strenthen the business relationship with customers , provide professional services to customers, and support sales team to win more business * Develop the performance evaluation mechanism and ensure the team\\\'s best performance through regular KPI review * Richen the talent pool for both customer service team and sales team by internal training program development.
招聘要求
* Bachelor or above * CET 6. Fluent in both English writing & speaking * 5Y+ working experience and at least 2 years\\\' experience in supervising a customer service team. Printing & packaging industry related experience is perferred. Experience in MNC is preferred.
